Excellent results for grain polishing and shining.

PHB Horizontal Polishers are the SuperBrix new generation, operating with dry or water friction, designed to remove bran (pericarp), producing a friction effect among processing products and parts inside the polishing chamber; these parts are build-out of tempered steel. Simultaneously keeps whole-grain yield and lessens whole-grain oil content and residual bran.
It guarantees an efficient performance in the polishing process of:

With traditional polishing methods, the grain surface tends to be rough and may show cracks or fissures, favoring the accumulation of residual flour. This flour can decompose and absorb moisture, increasing the proliferation of microorganisms and insect larvae and causing alterations in grain appearance and smell. The PHB polishing and shining processes with or without water spray remove excess flour, improving its grain presentation.

SuperBrix promotes two models to handle two-grain flows at low and high capacities, according to polishing or dehulling needs for multiple kinds of cereal, grains, and legumes. They are robust, efficient, and technologically advanced equipment.
